Dress Code:
Please help us by monitoring your child's outfit each day. You can find the CMS Dress Code in the Student Handbook posted on our website under  "Information".    Here are a few of the main points:

*Shorts and skirts must be longer than fist length with arms down to the side.

*Tank tops are not allowed, but "sleeveless" tops that extend to the shoulder are fine.

*Undergarments, (including bra straps) are not to be visible at any time.

Please review the full Dress Code in the Student Handbook.
Extended Day
Need to make up a test or quiz?  Want a quiet place to study?  Need help on homework?  Join us at Extended Day.

Extended Day starts Tuesday, Sept. 4.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
3:50-4:50 p.m.

General guidelines:
Students must arrive in the library by 3:50 with all materials needed for their time in Extended Day i.e. binders, books, pencil, etc.

Students who come to take tests or quizzes may leave as soon as they're finished.

Students who come for homework or tutoring must stay until 4:50.

Testing:
When your students need to take make-up tests or quizzes, they can do that in Extended Day in the library on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 3:50 to 4:50.

Tutoring:
The CSHS math honor society typically sends two tutors per day to us to help any students who asks for it, so if you have math students needing extra help, this is a great opportunity for them.

Also, Extended Day staff is made up of CMS teachers who can help your students with homework or concepts if they ask for it.
