Loyalty Days marks its 67th year on Washington's Long Beach Peninsula on May 6-7.
'Pledge allegiance' at Loyalty Days
 
Long Beach lays claim to the longest consecutively held Loyalty Days celebration in the nation. Join the fun May 6-7 in downtown Long Beach and at the Port of Ilwaco. Events include a lively parade, band performances, blessing of the fleet, an oyster feed and more! This year's theme is "I Pledge Allegiance".

Beach to Chowder in June is a 5/10k beach run beginning and ending in downtown Long Beach.

May kicks off race season on the Long Beach Peninsula. From a 5k to a sprint triathlon, the Long Beach Peninsula offers a race for every athlete. Visiting when no race is scheduled? No worries! The 8.2-mile Discovery Trail is great for a run every day of the year. And there's the beach!
