Happy Holidays From The United Way Team

Greetings from your friends at United Way. Wishing you Happy Holidays and we hope the peace and joy of the season lasts throughout the year.
 
We want to thank Robert Mitchell, United Way CEO for his commitment and dedication for the last six years. Robert has left the United Way to pursue other opportunities. Josh Edwards, President of the Board of Directors has assumed the role of CEO in the interim. The board is actively seeking a new CEO to join the organization in the New Year.


 
It's Wrap-up Time
 
December was busy as many of the workplace campaigns are wrapping up!
 
We were invited to NOVA Chemicals on December 7th to share the excitement for the final wrap up and the BIG REVEAL.

Community Impact Council

United Way has countless volunteers who are passionate about our community. Each year hundreds of generous individuals give their time, share their talents and make an investment in United Way so that together we can improve lives locally.
Scotch Tasting Highlights

Dozens of delicious scotches were served up at our 7th Annual Scotch Classic presented by MNP.

Because of all of our sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and attendees, we were able to raise over $34,000.00 to help improve our local community.
Holiday Office Closure
 
Our office will be closed from Friday, December 22nd to Tuesday, January 2nd for the holidays. We wish you all a Happy Holiday and look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
