We tend to promote our best worker to supervisor. Although this may seem like a good idea, many times it backfires. This intensive 2 day training program, presented by MCAA Field Leaders Conference Veteran Instructor Kevin Dougherty, is designed specifically for improving the performance of any manager or supervisor. This program addresses proven training methods in: leadership, coaching, planning, time management, communication, motivational techniques and many more skills which will give the attending supervisor the edge and confidence to deal with to today’s challenges. This program is not a lecture; it is hands on program utilizing real world exercises and video recorded role plays that all attendees will utilize.

JEC Service Co. Saves $500,000 per Year with MobiliForms from M&SCA of Eastern PA Allied Member iBusiness Technologies
JEC Service Co., a thriving HVAC, mechanical, and sheet metal contractor based in Waltham, MA, knew that going paperless was essential to their mission and continued growth. After carefully evaluating the options, they selected MobiliForms from iBusiness Technologies because of its strong track record among MCAA and MSCA members. Since implementation, MobiliForms’ cloud storage has proven to be an essential collaborative tool for JEC. Real-time data, tight record-keeping, and historic documentation positively impact operations for the entire company. In addition, the company found it easy to deploy because it did not require any changes to their existing backend software.

For more information on how you can implement Mobiliforms and save on your bottom line, visit  ibusiness-tech.com  or contact Steve Metzman at 215-850-5565 or  steve.metzman@iBusiness-Tech.com .
Member Contractor Herman Goldner Co.
Keeps Costs Low and Efficiency High
with SPX Cooling Tower
When the Centre Square commercial office complex needed a new cooling tower system, HVAC contractor Herman Goldner Co., Inc. turned to SPX Cooling Technologies to address the building needs, then brought in Erickson Incorporated to conquer the formidable challenge of installing the system in a busy, urban site. Located in the heart of Philadelphia at 1500 Market Street, the Centre Square buildings, at 417’ and 490’, were too tall for the use of a traditional crane, and the extended road closures and weights associated with a tower crane were prohibitive.
