Your March Newsletter

This year seems to be flying with spring upon us (not that you can tell from the weather!)

Here at the clinic we have been inspired this month by our clients and those around us to talk about staying mobile and active whatever your age. We've had interviews with clients and parents of clients in their 70s who have been telling us about their exercise routines and how they stay motivated which have prompted us to look at the importance of staying mobile and flexible with age  (all of which is included in our articles below).

We have also been seeing a fair few people coming to see us for Plantar Fasciitis with lots of questions surrounding this so we've put together a great video with physio Gibwa on what it is and how to combat it! Check it out below.

As always if you have any questions on our content this week or you would like to share your stories with us then please get in touch!

Have a great weekend.

Growing Older...Flexibly

It is a fact of life, that growing old at some point is inevitable.  There have been many studies into the physical and physiological changes that happen during the ageing process, some of which we have very little control over! Click here to read more from our own physio Arran about the best ways to stay mobile and flexible as we get older!

It's never too late to start!

We've been inspired this month by the older generation around us, staying incredibly active and mobile whatever their ages. In particular we spoke to a lady who took up running three months before her 70th birthday and one of our long standing clients who has been forever active and regularly comes to our circuits class!
