Trenton, NJ - Crossroads of the American Revolution Association announced the election of new members to its board of trustees at the association's recent annual meeting. Crossroads is the non-profit organization responsible for the management of the Crossroads of the American Revolution National Heritage Area, which connects the people and places of New Jersey's rich Revolutionary heritage to inspire community pride, stewardship and civic engagement.
"Each of these dynamic New Jerseyans is committed to bringing their energy and expertise to Crossroads, and we're fortunate to have them," said Patrick Murray, chair of the Crossroads board of trustees. "They share a common investment in our communities and we look forward to their contributions as we work to further develop and promote the state's Revolutionary heritage, which contributes $166.6 million to New Jersey's economy."
New board members include:
- Seth Hahn of Highland Park. Legislative and political director of NJ Communications Workers of America (CWA) the state's largest public workers union, he previously was field director with the National Association of Letter Carriers and was a family services social worker.
- Linda Kellner of Toms River. As director of government affairs at New Jersey Natural Gas, her responsibilities include state and federal legislative activities, local government and community relations. She also serves on the boards of the Jersey Shore Partnership and the New Jersey Alliance for Action.
- Brian Levine of Franklin Township. A Somerset County Freeholder, he is chairman of the county's Human Services areas. Having previously served three terms as Franklin Township mayor, he is a certified public accountant with his own accounting and financial consulting practice.
- Patrick Ryan of Pennington. President and Chief Executive Officer of First Bank, he leads a publicly held community bank with $1.1 billion in assets. He also serves on the board of the Trenton Area YMCA and is involved with organizations including the Hamilton Partnership and the Mercer County 200 Club.
