also a great alternative which focuses on moving seamlessly and breathing while improving mobility, joint health and balance.
Our new classes
- TurboKick, Trim & Tone and Sculpt & Tone are great ways to develop lean muscle. In turn, lean muscle increases metabolism, helps burn more calories and helps maintain bone density and joint health. We offer these classes in the morning and evening so you can schedule your resistance training every week.
