Photo of the Month
Photo: Heavy rains this month led to flooding across New Jersey. However, in places like Jersey City, the rains also led to combined sewer overflow events. A local Jersey City resident captured the scene as water bubbled up from the middle of the street in Jersey City and shared it on YouTube. You can see the full video here . (Jack Pestaner)
