Job Title : Consultant / Senior Consultant
Location : Shanghai
Report to : Chief Consultant
Responsibility:

Monitor market trends, understanding competitor practice and market behavior, and host client’s strategy research and strategy formulation. Identify new opportunities and manage relationships with current client Entrepreneurs /CEOs to drive new business opportunities; Analyze what works and what does not work for competitors to help their clients employ successful strategy/tactics and avoid pitfalls;

Perform Coaching at the Entrepreneurs /CEOs level. Daily interaction with Entrepreneurs /CEOs to understand their goals, objectives, challenges and current market positioning;

Responsible for the outcome of strategic research and formation. Help client adjust to changing conditions, identify key markets in which a company should be involved and help companies positioning or repositioning in existing or new territories;
·
In charge of customer strategy execution and realization of goals. Develop and execute solutions to achieve new strategic market positioning, increased revenue and market share;
·
Work actively with peers in or between Parallel teams, to leverage team experience, ability to provide Trout client end to end strategy.
Requirements:
·
Graduate of 985/211 (domestic) or top 30 universities (overseas), with Master’s degree;
·
Major in MBA, Strategy, Marketing, Branding, or relative majors;
·
3-10 years’ experience of Big MNC experiences with tracked record. (MBB, VC or PE experiences are advantages );
·
Excellent communications skills orally and in writing, able to craft and deliver great presentations in English and Mandarin. You must have direct experience presenting to the Entrepreneurs /CEOs;
