Participate in Economics of Law Practice Survey
The Board of Bar Commissioners has contracted Research & Polling to conduct a survey to provide a detailed analysis of law practice types, compensation and perceived barriers to practicing law in New Mexico. The survey is anonymous and the summary results will be available to all members. Research & Polling emailed attorney members a link and password for the survey the week of March 6. All who complete it will be entered into a drawing for a $100 or $200 gift card. Read the entire survey notice to members.

New Registration Required for Secured Odyssey Public Access System
The Supreme Court has approved the New Mexico Judiciary Case Access Policy for Online Court Records to expand online access to court records for attorneys and their staff, governmental justice partners, and the press.
