Reflection Time
To Our Dear Barre Beauties,

I love October. I love the fall weather, (when it comes.) I love the colors. I love what we call our power week; starting with Chad's birthday, our anniversary in the middle, then ends with my birthday. Then add a Jewish holiday in there and some family time, and boom, it’s a really special time! It becomes a time for reflection. I reflect on the past nine months. I reflect on how I can finish the year strong. I reflect on what I have done wrong and what I can do better. Our theme for the year was mindfulness. Was I mindful the whole year so far? No. But I am learning, It is about growth. We are ending our Whole30 experience and it taught me to be more mindful in my eating habits. When I stray, I just don't feel good. So I tell myself, Orlee, just be mindful and do what is good for my body. We only have one body. I also know that I am more "me" when I move my body. So no matter how "busy" I get, I get my barre workout in. I also use this time to reflect on the relationships. I surround myself with those like-minded. I surround myself with YOU. You think like me. No matter where we come from, what our differences are, no matter our backgrounds and our families, we have similar goals and we can learn from one another. We support each other in each other's choices. We never judge just support. So no matter where you are on this journey called life, the fitness journey, the wellness journey, the family journey, the career journey, remember it is a journey. You are constantly growing and changing. As we grow and change, we find what does the body good. SO I challenge you to take some time to reflet on your past 9 months and the monhts moving forward. Make the most of every day and do this thing called life for you.

Let's continue to Raise the Barre!

This year our Raise the Barre is a TEAM CHALLENGE. When you sign up for our 3 months on autopay, you automatically will be placed on a team (we are also including New Clients on $99 unlimited). Our goal now is to complete 5 classes each week, in studio or on the go. Our teams are all so close to moving onto the last leg of the challenge. Whichever team reaches 60 points first gets the biggest prize. The other teams will also get prizes depending on which level they reached at the end of that day! Please note, prizes will be something never done before! Get ready!

This month, we are building strength from the inside out. There is no better way to do this than to start with Pilates on Saturday. So each week, it is about getting back to basics. Your first class is with our fabulous Salena who is back from maternity leave! Get ready for some core work and building strength from the inside out.

I can't believe it is that time of year again. We are coming together to walk together at the annual Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk. We are leading the warm up so come out and show your support. We will meet at 10:30-ish near the stage. If you cannot make it, you can still donate.

Barre + Beyond Cancellation Policy:
If a cancellation is made less than 2 hours prior to class, a single class will be taken out of your package. If you have a monthly unlimited package, $18 will be charged to your account or $9 for VIPS. Thank you for your understanding.

Barre + Beyond Cancellation Policy :
If a cancellation is made less than two hours prior to class, a single session will be taken our of your package per child. If you have a monthly unlimited package $6 will be charged to your account per child.    

Studio Policies:
  • Shoes are not permitted during workout, unless medically necessary.
  • Socks are required; grippy socks are preferred.
  • Please arrive on time. It is not safe to join class without the proper warm-up.
  • Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.
  • We prefer if you sign up online to speed up the check-in process.
  • Please inform your instructor of any physical limitations you may have prior to class.
  • Proper attire required: long pants or capris, shirt or tank.
  • Please avoid leaving class early. If you need to leave early, kindly let the instructor know prior to class.
