Our keynote speaker, Major General Bill Chen , U.S. Army Retired , is the descendant of a transcontinental railroad worker as well as of a WWII veteran. We are excited to hear from him about how he and his ancestors labored and succeeded as individuals as well as contributed to the country as American citizens.
We will honor local Chinese American veterans who have served America in war and peace. We are fortunate to be able to honor them in person.
