Breastfeeding Your Baby/
Returning to Work or School

This 3 hour class is taught by a certified lactation consultant and is divided into two parts. The first portion of the class, 1-3pm, addresses breastfeeding basics and problem solving. The second portion of the class, 3:15-4:15pm, covers returning-to-work planning and breast pumps. Those who have already attended a breastfeeding class are welcome to join the last portion of the class.

WELLNESS & ERGONOMIC TIPS FOR SELF CARE AT WORK

Learn how to set up your mobile/office workstation with a focus on self-care and explore methods for practicing these positive habits in our fast paced world. Content will include beneficial movement options while working with all your 'devices', recommendations for 'break time', and mindfulness and breathing exercises. Resources available on and off campus will be shared.

MORNING STRETCH AT THE STAFF GARDEN
Wed 10/30 | 8-10am | every ½ hour beginning at 8am | Outside of Li Ka Shing, Mulford, Morgan and Genetics & Plant Biology
Start your workday with the gift of guided meditation, deep breathing, light stretching and morning refreshments, while experiencing the benefits of improved blood flow, increased energy and the reduction of stress. The first 40 participants at each session (registration required) will receive a yoga mat and will have a chance to win fun prizes (donated by Under Armour).
Note:15-minute sessions will be offered every 30 minutes, beginning at 8:00 am.
