2019 marked Kriss's 10 year milestone providing Acupuncture and TCM services at Imprint Pilates.
Whether treating pain or injury, adrenal to conception support, Kriss encourages a healthy balance into her client's hectic schedules with a modern approach to traditional healing.
Most extended health plans include acupuncture coverage - take advantage before the year's end!

Our new rates will be rolling out this week starting with group classes, and all new rates posted up in the studio soon, no later than November 1st, 2019. Private and Semi-private rate changes will appear on our website soon! Once the rates have been changed on our online store and website that is the new service rate. Anything purchased prior to the change will be at the current price. Not all rates will be changing! Our last increase was in 2017. This is to cover continuous increases in operating costs, and to continue to maintain a high level and quality of instruction and services moving forward. Please note that we do and will continue to offer the most competitive rates.
