Board meeting recap from August 14, 2018:
The Board and community were presented with exterior alteration site plans for the proposed Dunkin Don
uts (former Columbia Bank building). The process that the board will follow for review of the site plans and exterior alteration application (to follow) will be using our Non-Residential Property Process and Guidelines (documents located on the OM website)
. The process includes a board/community presentation (held 8/14/18) followed by a three week comment period when board and community members can view and comment on the plans. (An email with details will be sent out shortly.) Following the three week comment period the property owner can submit a non-residential exterior alteration application. At the Aug. 14 Board meeting the Board approved five members to serve on the Oakland Mills Non-Residential Architecture Advisory Committee.
