For the last 92 years the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce has been working hard for our community. We appreciate the trust that our residents place in our organization. That is why each election we host a free public forum to introduce all the City Council candidates to the community. Much time and foresight goes into a series of questions we prepare to bring to light their respective positions on important issues.  Voters will have their first chance to hear from the candidates during a special Candidates' Forum sponsored by the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau. All  candidates
will respond to questions posed by the Chamber's political action committee, WALPAC, and members of the audience.

Seats are limited. Registration required. Continental breakfast will be served.

Meet the Chamber Ambassadors
Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau
Ambassador

Nita Howard's professional background is diverse: from Oakland police officer to fashion model to event planner. She has been passionate about style, homes, and bringing happiness into people's lives for as long as she can remember. She is just hitting her stride and made the leap from managing commercial real estate to selling and is very proud to be on Climb's Sales Team here in Walnut Creek. Personally, she loves celebrating life with her friends and enjoys fine wine, dining, music, staying fit, laughing, and fashion (in no particular order).  She thinks working in Walnut Creek and participating in the Chamber of Commerce is an opportunity of a lifetime, and nothing excites her more than helping her clients realize their dreams in this great community.

Meet Nita and the other Walnut Creek Chamber Ambassadors at the monthly  Chamber BASH,  ribbon cuttings, and community events including the Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival, Oktoberfest, Walnut Creek on Ice.
