College of Central Florida’s Business & Technology division will host an IT Career Event on Wednesday, October 3, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The event will be held in the Klein Conference Center located on CF’s Ocala campus (3001 S.W. College Road).
The event focuses on middle and high school students and their families and features a keynote speaker sharing trends in technology. Participants can choose from several breakout sessions involving interactive activities in programming, mobile app development, network cabling, career chat with college alumni, and more. Local employers and Talent Center representatives will provide information about career opportunities in technology fields. Program representatives will be available to answer questions about IT training offered at the college.
