I need your assistance in making sure I have correct information pertaining to your church and your committee chairs.
We are trying to make sure that all of our churches have their correct church service times and Sunday school times listed. We want to make sure that when a visitor looks your church up on the internet, that they will be seeing correct service times. We also want to make sure that your committee chairs contact information is updated as well.
If you should call and need to leave a message, please make sure you leave the name of the church and what time your church service(s) are, or you can email me the name of church(s) and the times of their service(s).

Upper NY Conference Leadership Academy 2018-2019
|
Built around 16 competencies of transformational leaders, the Leadership Academy uses a combination of four, three-day retreats, a capstone trip, and ongoing coaching to help leaders continue their development.
The opening retreat will be Sept. 18-20
at Asbury Camp and Retreat Center. All following sessions (Nov. 12-13; Jan. 15-16 and May 7-8) will be held at the United Methodist Center, 7481 Henry Clay Blvd., Liverpool 13088.
Sessions begin at 10 AM on the first day and conclude at 3:30 PM on the last day. Lodging, meals and the capstone trip are included in the registration fee of $950.
Deadline to register is September 6.

Pre-Retirement Seminar Being Held
|
There will be a pre-retirement seminar held on
Monday Oct. 1
from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Upper New York United Methodist Center (7481 Henry Clay Blvd., Liverpool). This seminar will highlight and explain the benefits available through The United Methodist Church to retiring clergy. It is intended to assist persons in their later years of ministry understand the current pension plan, health insurance options, Social Security, and moving assistance available.
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
, as we will provide clergy-specific retirement projections, and also need to plan for lunch. The deadline to register is Friday, Sept. 21, 2018.
