What's been added, improved, or changed:
Mobile App: in order to reduce issues that crews are experiencing in the field, we have improved the way local data is stored on mobile devices.
Work Order contact info - fixed an issue affecting the viewing of address information on work orders with long names.
App restart with queued job log changes - added notes or adjusted job log items in the queue will no longer be lost when exiting the app.
Updating to the latest app version - when updates are available for the Mobile App, you will now be prompted to download the new version.
Showing pending transactions count - a banner has been added to the timesheet list screen in the Mobile App to notify the user that there is pending information waiting to be sent to Manage360; clicking send will attempt to push the data through.
Manage360:
Supplier name included in plant name - fixed an issue where the supplier name would be suffixed to a plant name when the plant was added as the lead item of a kit to a construction estimate.
Timeout in Maintenance Job Profitability Report - performance improvements have been made to the Maintenance Job Profitability report to prevent timeout errors.
Unit price for 'zero' quantity items on price changes - when prices are recalculated in construction estimates and change orders, the price of items with a 'zero' quantity will no longer be adjusted.
Warning message added to Maintenance Estimating - maintenance estimates will now show an error message when attempting to save if the total periodic billing amount doesn't match the contracted total. A new checkbox has been added to the periodic billing section to allow for periodic payment mismatch; a warning message will also show in the 'win estimate' dialog.
Other fixes and enhancements:
Timesheets -
fixed an issue where the green 'add employees' button would move when selected.
selecting the 'more' button on the timesheets page no longer returns you to the top of the page.
Incorrect date in calendar from week view - fixed a calendar display issue for clients in time zones greater than UTC.
Change Orders -
Changing the kit quantity will now update the item quantity for plants added as kits.
Changing the quantity of an item within an 'add as kit'-type kit will not update the kit quantity, only the item quantity.
