Why did you want to get involved with NVCT?
Having worked to support environmental education and action projects in the DC metro area, and as a former member of Alexandria‘s Environmental Policy Commission, I have Appreciated NVCT‘s work for some time. I noticed they are looking at broadening its reach and impact in urban places. This complements the work I have been doing with the Four Mile Run Conservatory Foundation, where the focus is nearby nature in an urban setting.
