Dear Friends,
As we enter the joyous month of Adar, we would like to wish Reut Yahav, our beloved NOAM Olami director, a big Mazal Tov on the new addition to her family. Mom and baby girl are doing well.
We will miss Reut and look forward to her return in a few months.
Reut's replacement during her maternity leave is Tal Maoz, 31, who lives
in Tel Aviv and has experience in creating educational, social and sporting programs and initiatives.
Tal joins NOAM Olami, having established the Tel Aviv LGBT sports club, an NGO that promotes social and recreational sports teams. Ever since Tal was young, he was very involved with the game of basketball, both as a player and a coach, as part of his philosophy of seeing and playing sport as an integral part of healthy living. Tal, an officer of the Israeli Air Force Reserves, has a BA in government and political science from IDC, Herzliya. Whilst at university, Tal was active in a number of voluntary positions as well.

טל מצטרף לנוע"ם עולמי לאחר שייסד והקים את מועדון ספורט גאה ת"א - שמפעיל קבוצות ספורט חברתיות לחברי הקהילה הגאה וחברים. מאז שהיה צעיר טל עוסק בכדורסל - הן כשחקן והן כמדריך מתוך פילוסופיה של ספורט כדרך חיים בריאה. טל, קצין במיל' השתחרר בדרגת סגן משירות בחיל האוויר, ולו תואר ראשון בממשל, דיפלומטיה ואסטרטגיה מהמרכז הבינתחומי הרצליה, שם שימש במספר תפקידים בקמפוס ומחוצה לו

Con el comienzo del feliz mes de Adar, queremos desearle a Reut Yahav, nuestra querida directora de NOAM Olami, MAZAL TOV por la llegada de la nueva integrante de la familia. La mama y la bebe están bien. Vamos a extrañar Reut y esperamos su regreso en pocos meses.
Durante su licencia por maternidad, Tal Maoz reemplazara a Reut. Tal tiene 31 años de edad, vive en Tel Aviv y tiene experiencia en la creación de programas e iniciativas educativas, sociales y deportivas.
Tal se une a NOAM Olami, luego de haber establecido el club deportivo LGBT de Tel Aviv, una ONG que promueve equipos deportivos sociales y recreativos. Desde que Tal era pequeño está involucrado con el básquet, tanto como jugador y como entrenador. Como parte de su filosofía de vida ve el deporte como parte integral de una vida sana. Tal es oficial de las Reservas de la Fuerza Aérea Israelí. Licenciado en gobierno, diplomacia y estrategia de IDC (Centro Interdisciplinario Hertzelia) donde se desempeñó en distintos cargos voluntarios.
