It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of Lawrence E. Kraus. He is survived by his wife Miriam Kraus, his brother Howard Kraus (of TBE), his daughters Aimee (Stefan) Atkinson and Stacey (Jeffrey) Guber, and his grandchildren Alexander Atkinson, Ryan Atkinson, and Elizabeth Guber.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 27th, 9:30am in the Main Sanctuary at Congregation Kol Ami 252 Soundview Avenue, White Plains, NY 10606. The burial will immediately follow the funeral at Wellwood Cemetery, 1400 Wellwood Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704.
Shiva will be observed following the funeral on Friday from 3:30-5:30pm at the home of Aimee and Stefan Atkinson, 34 Overton Road, Scarsdale NY 10583, on Saturday, September 28th from 6-9pm, with a shiva service at 7:00pm at the home of Miriam Kraus, 16 Rivers Edge Drive (Apt 308), Tarrytown NY 10591, and on Sunday, September 29th from 12-4pm, at the home of Howie and Kathy Kraus here in Stamford, 82 Akbar Road.
