Another year has gone by, and we would like to thank everyone who has supported Lakeside Construction Fasteners in 2016. With 16 Distribution Centers, LCF products are now in 600+ locations across the USA, Canada, and in the Caribbean.
The market continues to utilize the many LCF fastener-foam products that are designed for the Metal Building Industry. Lakeside Construction Fasteners provides many alternative metal building component solutions! This would not be possible without the positive feedback we have received from many roll-formers, builders, and distributors who were involved with the innovation process at LCF. Our Innovation and Design Team has a saying, "If you don't innovate then others will imitate." As an industry fastener leader we choose to innovate with your support!
Through this premise every 4-6 months new fastener-foam products are developed and launched into the market through LCF Best Practices Methodology. This structure focuses on customer needs above all else. It is grounded in five core elements: 1) understanding market/industry changes, then adapt to those changes, 2) establishing pre & post measurements to gauge what works and what does not, 3) fast-tracking product wins and duplicating them rapidly where the competition can't match the same level of service, 4) be data-riven where needed but driven the common sense by listening to the customer, and finally 5) introduce lessons learned to create long-term solutions.
