Public Webinar Oct. 17 at Noon ET: Using RWD to Plan Eligibility Criteria and Improve Recruitment in Clinical Trials
Dear Colleague:
The use of real-world data (RWD) to enhance trial eligibility criteria and recruitment strategies is generating great interest  ---   but, until now, there have been few resources available to help sponsors and other stakeholders optimally integrate the use of RWD into their trial design.

Join us for a public webinar on Thurs., Oct. 17, as the Clinical Trials Transformation Initiative (CTTI) releases new recommendations, resources, and case studies for using RWD to plan trial eligibility criteria and recruit research participants.

Focusing specifically on the use of EHR and claims data, the work supports sponsors and others who want to use RWD to conduct studies in a timely, efficient manner. CTTI's recommendations are the product of research and collaboration across the clinical trials ecosystem, with the aim of promoting greater awareness of the opportunities for using RWD sources in clinical trial planning and recruitment.

Attendees will learn how to take advantage of immediate and valuable opportunities to use RWD to:
  • Make data-driven decisions about study eligibility criteria
  • Gain insights into study feasibility and site selection
  • Directly support recruitment of potential research participants
The webinar will begin at noon ET. It will be led by Sudha Raman, Duke University, and Jack Sheehan, Johnson & Johnson/Janssen.

We hope you can join us!
