Dear Community Member:
A community is only as strong as the people who nurture it. We know that you care about the well-being and strength of the place we call home, so we are turning to you for help.
The United Way campaign ends on March 31, 2017 and we are $300,000 short of meeting our target and need additional help. Twenty-six (26) programs funded with community impact dollars are projected to help nearly 60,000 people this year. Falling short of this target will weaken program funding and reduce the amount of support for those in need.
To prevent this from happening, we need 3,000 people or businesses to donate $100 each.If you cannot donate $100, please do something...$10, $20, $50 will make a difference!
Whether the decrease in donations this year is the result of the downturn of the coal and natural gas industries or the impact of the June 23rd flood...we still need to make sure that needs continue to be met.
