Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour training course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. There will be a 30 minute lunch break. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will not receive a refund.
