Say your name (and win posters!) - quality improvement doesn't get easier than this!

The UN's International Day of Older Persons is formally acknowledged on October 1. To celebrate this day, we encourage all healthcare providers to join the international "Hellomynameis" campaign by committing to introducing yourself AND wearing an easy-to-read name tag (large, legible font). This  quick-win towards senior friendly care embodies two of the sfCare Framework's guiding principles "respect and compassion", and "relationship-centred partnerships". 

How to win posters: The first 10 Canadian healthcare providers who tag us in a Facebook or Twitter post AND use the hashtags #sfCare and #Hellomynameis will receive an sfCare poster package for their organization.
