Paul Junius of Risk Retention Services to Speak at ALI Fall Conference  

Presentation Will Highlight Expert Litigation Tips
Junius, President of Risk Retention Services, will present at ALI's Fall Conference on "Litigation: Tips, Traps, Trials & Testimony." This will include suggestions on: 
  • structuring insurance policies to exercise control
  • what needs to be considered in designating a corporate representative
  • how to deal with a reptilian plaintiff attorney
  • settle v. fight, how and when to decide
Junius is an ANSI A14 member and holds a Doctorate degree from Chicago Kent College of Law. ALI's Fall Conference is Oct. 14-15 in Chicago.  Members are thrilled to have Paul as the meeting's guest speaker!

ANSI hosts the annual event, which brings private- and public-sector stakeholders together to facilitate dialogue about standardization, conformity assessment and workforce development priorities.
