A Note From County Executive Meyer
Hello friends!

Welcome to the very first edition of the Meyer Minute, an email designed just for you to keep you updated of some of the important events and stories happening in New Castle County.

As the seasons change from Summer to Fall, I am reminded of the great beauty our County parks possess. These parks will be host to tens of thousands of guests, some playing organized sports through our New Castle County rec leagues, others simply enjoying a stroll while taking in the changing of the foliage.

Fall also means that planning for one of our largest gatherings of the year is underway, Sleep Under the Stars at Carousel Park. This year's event takes place on October 24. For more information, CLICK HERE . .

No matter how you enjoy our parks this autumn, please, enjoy them safely and as a reminder of our parks' beauty, CLICK HERE to enjoy this unique perspective of some of our recreational facilities, shot via drone by our Digital and Multimedia Manager, Kyle Grantham. Enjoy!
