Missing Our Newsletter?  Check Your Spam Folder

Last week we discovered that our newsletters from September 11 and 18 had only been opened by about 11% of our recipients - a drastic drop from the usual 40%.  This information led us to do some research with our software provider, and we have the solved the problem.

We worked with Bradley University's Director of Information Security to reconfigure our email authentication.  As such, our newsletters should now go straight back to your inbox instead of your spam folder.  This should be a one-time issue, and we don't anticipate it happening again.

We appreciate your patience - and your dedication to our newsletter!
