Description

SB45 requires a disclosure to be filed by owner-builder who sells a new home within two years after construction completion.This helps consumers and the public to identify sales of new construction done without a state contracting registration.

 

Our home building members have supported this legislation for over 3 years. It's time to pass this bill and help protect consumers and the public.
