A Vision for Worship
Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the east came to Jerusalem, saying,
"Where is he who has been born king of the Jews?
For we saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him."
Matthew 2:1-2 (ESV)
Those who know God are moved to pursue Him. Whenever possible, they want to draw near to His presence and worship Him. Every time you have the opportunity to gather for worship, every time you are stirred to carve out time for personal pursuit of His presence, you are walking in the company of those who know God, really know God.
Christian Schmutz, our pastor for worship and spiritual growth has developed an awareness of the real presence of God in His life. His passion is to model and lead us into the same place of intimacy with God that is available for all of us. Listen this morning as Christian shares, A Vision for Worship.
