New Ramp Allows Access to Southbound
Keystone from 146th St
Motorists in and around US 31 and 146th Street now have a traffic fix that should make getting to and from the area easier. Hamilton County officials held a ribbon cutting at a new ramp that will allow access to southbound Keystone Parkway from 146th Street by traveling south on Lowe's Way. The MPO provided $4,889,200 (nearly half the project cost) in federal Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funding. For more information, click here. Photo: Hamilton County Highway Department
