January sales numbers for the city were up over last year, but still lower than 10 year averages.

Hopeful outlooks for Alberta's 2017 economy are starting to have a positive effect on consumer confidence in the local real estate market. Stability in the job market and a decrease in the local unemployment rate would also help matters - stay tuned throughout the upcoming spring months!
