Local developer, R2, has requested a special meeting with the Mt. Lookout Community Council and broader community to share plans to redevelop four rental properties at 1009, 1111, 1113, and 1115 Delta Avenue into luxury apartments. Paul Schirmer and Barry Rosenberg (R2 Partners/Co-owner of Towne Properties) will be on hand to discuss the proposed project in more detail.

As shown in the image below, these properties occupy a highly visible location in Mt. Lookout Square immediately north of UDF. This proposal has the potential to change the look and feel of this portion of the Square. The MLCC Board felt it was important that our community was informed and has the opportunity to provide input into the proposed plans. All are welcome to come to the meeting on Tuesday to learn more and ask questions.
