Through the parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus teaches us how we should treat each other. At this time of year, when many of us will be traveling on vacations, weekend trips, or afternoon outings, we can easily imagine we are traveling that road from Jerusalem to Jericho. As we celebrate the Eucharist this weekend, let us reflect on whether we have taken the lesson of this Gospel to heart.
