Beyond Diptych and Triptych Painting Demonstration - part 3

Welcome back to another BobBlast!

This week's Blast is a continuation from the last two weeks (BobBlast #133 and #134) - where I am working on a multiple-panel painting. You recall that four or more paintings is called a Polyptych.

As explained in previous BobBlasts, I name the painting first... it keeps me focused on a clear message and a clear sense of purpose. This series is about EQUALITY. The image is of figures with mixed nationalities. I start loose initially and keep it abstract while I layer paint and collage. 

In Part 3 of my painting demo, I am working on pulling the entire multi-panel painting - Polyptych - together, using more collage, spray paint, and transparent fluid acrylics in sections, working overall. Thinking of the ENTIRE painting now - not simply the individual panels as separate, stand-alone paintings.

Just as importantly, my paintings are not only what they feel like... but what it feels like making them. I can guarantee there will be at least one more BobBlast Demo to complete this polyptych!
