DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NEWS

Many of you are familiar with a number of the Development Projects happening around town - from the Village South Specific Plan , The CommonsOld School House - Colby Circle, Gable Crossing, Clara Oaks, etc.
Claremont Heritage will continue to  keep you up to date on these projects as they relate to the preservation of our Cultural Resources:

There are two items in this News Letter that relate to Development Projects ~

The first is the City Council meeting tonight - Tuesday, September 24th at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at 207 W 2nd Street  - where appeals to a development extension for the Colby Circle Town Homes will be heard.

It is important that the community weigh in on projects that could impact the quality of life that we currently enjoy.

The second is a Position Statement that the Claremont Heritage Board approved regarding the Village South Specific Plan.
