The Assembly of Turkish American Associations (ATAA) will hold its 37th Annual Turkish American National Leadership Conference (NLC2017), with the theme of "Turkish American Relations: Political, Economic and Cultural Dimensions”, on March 24-25, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria in Houston, Texas.

ATAA annual conference is one of the largest conferences in the U.S. that traditionally brings together Turkish-American communities nationwide to promote greater public awareness and understanding of Turkey’s rich culture and modern day society.

This year’s conference in Houston will once again bring more than 300 attendees including government officials, former ambassadors, professionals in political, academic and social fields from the United States and Turkey.

NLC2017 will run for two days and include U.S.- Turkey Relations Day on March 24, and Turkish American Day on March 25, 2017. The Conference program will be covering a wide range of topics including: Turkish American Relations; Armenian Allegations and the Facts; Turkish Constitutional Referendum; Congressional Resolutions; Kemal Atatürk and the Creation of the Republic of Turkey; Advocacy and Community Outreach; and Turkish American Women in Leadership.

Anderson*, Principal and CEO, Anderson Economic Group; Reva Goujon, Vice President of Global Analysis, Stratfor; Cenk Sidar, Founder and Managing Director, Sidar Global Advisors; Kilic Bugra Kanat*, Research Director, SETA Foundation; Tal Buenos, Ph.D., University of Utah; Prof. Justin A.
