Promontory Point Capital
Looking back on 2016, we wanted to thank you for your friendship and continued support over the past year while wishing you a Happy New Year.  We truly value the many trusted relationships that we have established and look forward to building upon them further during 2017.

2016 was another successful year for Promontory Point Capital.  Our many client successes demonstrated the breadth and depth of our firm's capabilities in the areas of transaction advisory services and executing complex financing engagements for Midwestern, privately-held companies.  Several of our firm's "Done Deals" from the past year are highlighted below, and we invite you to call us or visit our website for additional details on any of our client successes.
To accommodate our firm's continued growth in 2016, Promontory Point Capital expanded the size of our Milwaukee office, both in physical size and additional personnel.  As we press forward into 2017, we would appreciate being considered for situations that you may encounter where our firm's experience and capabilities could be beneficial, including:
  • Business owners and management teams seeking to better understand their present (2017) and future options (beyond 2017 - yes, it is never too early to start) for exploring a full or partial business sale, a shareholder recapitalization or redemption, or the acquisition of another entity.
  • Financing needs encompassing bank and non-bank financing, including subordinated debt and/or equity capital, to fund internal growth initiatives, market expansion, management buyouts, shareholder redemptions, and/or business acquisitions.
  • Companies facing operational challenges or those that are financially over-extended, where our firm's profit improvement skills and sources of non-bank debt financing and equity capital can both stabilize and better capitalize the business for future growth.
Once again, Happy New Year, and we look forward to reconnecting in 2017!
