Moonlight in the Vines was a Huge Success!
A wonderful and very special thank you to all of our attendees at Moonlight in the Vines 2017 at Wente Vineyards!

All we can say is WOW! -- it was a very special and magical night and we are so very grateful for the support of our community, donors and families! If you see any of our event sponsors (listed below), please take a moment to thank them. We value their partnership to ensure this event was a success.

If you weren't able to attend, here is a quick snapshot:
Alameda County Supervisor Scott Haggerty, Pleasanton City Council member Kathy Narum and the city of Livermore received well-deserved recognition as our inaugural Rainmakers

Our live/silent auctions and paddle raise gained close to $200,000 and we enjoyed fabulous food, great Wente wines and Summer of Love music by Dream Posse!

Our pictures are now being organized and will be available soon on both Facebook and our website. And if you took pictures in the fun photo booth, those will be posted soon as well.

Huge THANKS to Gina Comber from Firebox Girl Photography for being our event photographer once again!

And our brand new video, Sunflower Hill's Fields of Dreams, produced by Michael Bruner of Brogan Video & music by Graham Richards is now up on our website. Take a moment too view our slide show too.

On behalf of all Sunflower Hill board members and advisors, a very special thank you for making Moonlight in the Vines 2017 a night to remember!

Tom and Luana Layton's Story

The newest addition to our series of "Stories" is about Tom and Luana Layton, the former owners of the beautiful, historic Livermore home that will soon be the centerpiece of the future Sunflower Hill Livermore Community.

You can read their story here.

Thank you, Tom and Luana for sharing this with us!

Sunflower Hill is Dublin Whole Foods' "Nickels for Nonprofits" Recipient July - Sept!

We are thrilled to be chosen for Dublin Whole Foods "Nickels for Nonprofits" partner for their fiscal quarter running July 3 - September 24!!  This program rewards the recipient organization with one nickel for each reusable bag used when customers check out and choose to "donate" vs "deduct" that nickel from their total shopping cost. These nickels really add up and we are super excited to have been chosen!

Please shop at Dublin Whole Foods at
5200 Dublin Blvd. in  Dublin  during July-September (and all the time, actually, because, well, have you been there? It's awesome!) to help support SFH and this program!
