HAVE WE GOT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU!!!!
Consider adding your enthusiasm to our Pos-Abilities' Board of Directors. We are a working board, and everyone has their job to do! We are looking for one more member and it could be YOU!! Let us know if you are interested in joining us. Board members RULE!!!!
Our wheel chair obstacle course is extremely popular, especially with kids and teens. We need:
- people to transport it to and from various venues
- people to put it together before and after events.
- People to guide participants through the obstacle course and spot them so they have a fun and safe experience

New Approaches to Provide Equipment
One of the most important things we do at Langley Pos-Abilities is to collect good pre-owned mobility and assistive equipment, have it re-conditioned, and then disperse it to people in the Langley area who need it. The cost of collecting, storing and most-especially reconditioning has become prohibitive over the past few years. Our clients were grateful for the help they
get from us due to the generous support of donations, but with costs ever increasing, and the end result being that they received used equipment with no warranty, the board of directors have dared to dream really, really big. Introducing "Help Fund'Em", a new and exciting Pos-Abilities initiative.
"Help Fund'Em" is fashioned after the popular "Go-Fund-Me" page. However, our Pos-Abilities funding page enables 100% of donations to go directly to the purchase of new equipment with a full proper warranty for people who desperately need the kind of safety and reliability that only new equipment can offer. Providing new equipment will eliminate the cost of storing donated, pre-owned equipment, provide our clients with the confidence and pride of owning new, and in the end, be the best stewardship of our resources.
What a tremendous struggle our first "Help Fund'Em" recipient has faced, and yet she hasn't lost hope! Take the time to discover why Mary Rogers needs our help. She is a remarkable woman with a great deal of courage. Here is the link:
