A Look Back at the 2017-18 Northeast Farm to School Institute Kickoff Retreat

Twelve school teams from the Northeast convened last month to kickoff the NE Farm to School Institute  to advance food, farm, and nutrition education and expand local products served in cafeterias. Over its ten years, the Institute  has supported FTS programs at 62 schools and districts,  reaching over 38,000 Northeast students!

Farm to Ballet Supports Our Work

Join us at Shelburne Farms to watch the seasons of a Vermont farm translated into classical ballet performances! Two performances will take place this summer: Sundays, July 23 and August 13. New Bill Strengthens Vermont's Farm to School Network

Vermont Governor Phil Scott signed S.33, the Rozo McLaughlin Farm to School bill, which will further enhance Vermont Farm to School by expanding the program and setting new, ambitious goals for growth.
