IWL'S TOP PICKS
UPCOMING EVENTS
INDIANAPOLIS

"The AWL program is a transformational experience in a way that is tough to describe. I've always admired the incredible work these program leaders have done and I'm thrilled to now be a participant in the Fall cohort.

There's nothing else like it; AWL goes deep - to the root of issues, the underlying motivators and the tough realities we face as leaders. I'm sure it's impacted me in ways I still have yet to uncover. And now I'm forever a part of the AWL community of women I admire and I expect to learn from them well after my cohort ends."

IWL Listened to the Man's Perspective
at our November Networking Event

At our last quarterly event, The Man's Perspective , attendees had the opportunity to listen to four successful male leaders who have proven their dedication to advancing women in business. The panel facilitator, Amy Griman, Regional Trust Director for Fifth Third Private Bank, led the panelists in a discussion about how men can combat unconscious gender bias, the importance of mentors and sponsors, challenges to overcome when addressing gender issues, and more. This event was a unique look at what men in these high positions believe needs to happen to close the gender gap. Stay tuned for the 2017 event schedule.
