A Newsletter for Local Partners
The fACTs newsletter is for TSAHC's local partners in the Affordable Communities of Texas (ACT) program. The quarterly newsletter provides information to help make your programs as successful as possible.
TSAHC Needs Your Help Finding Local Partners
TSAHC is actively seeking nonprofit or for-profit partners in Laredo or Del Rio. Through a partnership with Texas Community Bank, we have funding to invest in these areas for single-family rehabilitation or new construction as part of our Affordable Communities of Texas (ACT) program.

In addition to this opportunity, we continue to actively seek nonprofit or for-profit partners in  Bastrop , Wichita Falls and Lufkin .  If you currently work or would consider working in any of these communities, please let us know. Or let us know if you recommend a partner we should contact.

Please note that there are requirements to be a partner organization detailed in our policies and guidelines. There is also a partner application interested organizations must complete.

Thank you in advance for helping us strengthen current relationships and create new ones.
TSAHC Staff Changes
We're excited to announce two recent staff promotions. On September 15th, TSAHC introduced Janie Taylor as Executive Vice President. Janie assumed the position of Executive Vice President upon the retirement of Liz Bayless, TSAHC's previous Executive Vice President. Formerly TSAHC's Director of Communications, Development and Government Relations, Janie has more than 11 years of experience at TSAHC and will oversee our programs and manage TSAHC's operations in her new role.

Katie Claflin has also been promoted to Director of Communications and Development from her previous position as Senior Manager of Communications and Development. In her new role, she will oversee our communications and fundraising activities for TSAHC.

We hope you will join us in congratulating them. Also, we like to stay up to date on what is happening within your organization. We encourage you to share staff changes or important organizational updates with us.

Search Our ACT Properties

We have many properties in our ACT program, and we need your help developing them or advertising homes for sale. As a reminder, our properties are now listed in a searchable database

You can search by county and filter the list by property type (home or land). We encourage you to explore the properties and share our searchable database with others.
