Disaster Relief: Hurricane Matthew & Louisiana Flood Efforts

We are working with our disaster response partners and local agencies to see how we can best support people impacted in the Caribbean and the U.S. by Hurricane
Matthew.  T here will be more details to come as the needs of hurricane victims are determined.

We also continue to work with Baton Rouge on their flood relief  initiatives.
K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers partnered with Louisiana State Representative
Edward "Ted" James  and the Urban League of Louisiana to help individuals and families affected by the floods in the Baton Rouge area. With the support of the community and our generous donors we staged a free, private shopping experience that took place from October 27 through October 30, helping thousands of residents recovering from the flooding.

Individuals and families affected by Hurricane Matthew & the flooding in Louisiana can use  men's, women's and children's apparel - especially shoes, socks and underwear. Towels, sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows and home items are also needed.

I f you have any of the necessary products, or know a company that does, please contact Carla Fattal at  [email protected] or 646-362-9088.

K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers hosted a fun-filled afternoon at our New York City community partner Coalition for the Homeless. H&M staff donated children's apparel to the coalition and during the event 15 children were able to receive brand new apparel just in time for the new school year. H&M also donated new decorative home items for the Coalition clients who are moving to stable housing.
