After Australian poet Francis Brabazon had lived in India with his spiritual master  Avatar Meher Baba for several years, he completed his magnum opus extolling and expounding what he had learned in Baba's company and in a lifetime dedicated to mystic literature. The result, a book-length prose-poem entitled Stay With God, was described by Meher Baba as offering " food for the mind and a feast for the heart."

Opening the pages of this feast and guiding us through its poetic intricacies will be the task of Ward Parks, Ph.D., a literary scholar who has trained his eagle eye on the work of Avatar Meher Baba and kindred mystics.

The SEMINAR is offered in 7 sessions. The first 4 were presented last weekend and enjoyed by all. No matter if you missed last weekend, you are welcome to attend any of this weekend's 3 seminar sessions.

Also, on the afternoon of Saturday, November 5th, in lieu of a seminar session, we will instead enjoy a CONCERT of music performed by Ward Parks, Elaine Munson, Greg & Gay Dunn, and Brendan Montague. The concert will feature song-settings from Stay With God, songs by Ward Parks from the New Life Play, and many other good things!

Note that lunch will be available each day of this "feast for the heart."

While participants are encouraged to study the book in advance if possible, no such study is required. Come with open ears, and Ward will lead us through the narrative web woven by the 20th century poet whom Meher Baba called "My Hafiz."
