Trend Alert: say hello to the magic of
multimasking
Most of us have combination skin. It is a battle to find the perfect blend of products that anti-age but don't leave us too dry, and deliver hydration and radiance, but don't make us too oily. Enter the completely brilliant new trend of multimasking. It makes perfect sense to treat these areas using different products.
01.
T-ZONE -
Our T-Zone is made up of the forehead, nose, chin and area circling the mouth. Pores are larger in this T-Zone and it tends to be oilier than the rest of the face thanks to the higher amount of oil glands positioned there.
This area needs greater amount of exfoliation and deep pore treatments than the rest of the face. Depending on your skin type, you'll want to use either a deep pore cleansing mask, an exfoliating masque, or an acne mask in this area. We love the AGELESS total resurfacing masque which delivers dual-exfoliation technologies to gently buff away dead skin cells and impurities while rejuvenating skin.
02. CHEEKS -
our Cheeks can present a host of various skincare issues. For some, the cheeks tend to be much drier than the rest of the skin. For others acne tends to plague this area, particularly along the jawline. Some people experence pigmentation (or brown spots) on the cheeks due to the overexposure to the sun and UV damage.
Choose a mask that works for your particular skin issue. Have more than one issue in the same area? NO problem. We love layering products underneath our masks for the ultimate one-two punch of powerful prevention and protection. To lighten, tighten and brighten the cheeks, try layering our Iluma intense brightening serum beneath a blend of ILUMA brightening exfoliating powder and our AGELESS total resurfacing masque.
04. FOREHEAD -
The forehead is another area that needs a little extra TLC. Though part of the T-Zone, the forehead can present another set of skin issues. For some, this area is a major source of concern due to fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation. You will be surprised how far a little retinol and a lot of hydration can go. For this are we love layering our AGELESS total retinol-a-creme beneath the MAX stem cell masque and/or our AGELESS total resurfacing masque.
HOW TO LAYER
