TUESDAYS in OCTOBER: 4, 11, 18, 25     4 - 5 PM
 Nichols Field, Kerhonkson

This innovative program is based on Cowboy Poetry curriculum, and speaks to the culture and values of the west:

Respect / Integrity / Honesty / Empathy
Awareness / Responsibility
Participants will engage in activities with horses to explore values, build strengths, and practice skills for personal, social and academic success.

Space is limited to 10. Fee: $80 for the 4-week series.

Why horses? Horses are prey animals whose survival depends upon their ability to be exquisitely sensitive to body language, innuendo, and emotional tone. Because horses react to the most subtle human signals, they hold a mirror to participant's behaviors, providing immediate feedback necessary to prompt and practice personal change and growth.

Designed and facilitated by Rosey Rouhana, LMHC,NCC and Cori Nichols, Eagala ES

Held at Hudson Valley HorsePlay, 98 Sherman Road, Kerhonkson, NY (near corner of Route 44/55 and Lower Granite Road.)
