Freestyle Training Group meets every Monday night at John Jay College at 7:45 p.m. You may drop in and pay per workout or buy a punch card.
You'll find a wide range of abilities in the pool. Don't be shy, you wanna be swimmers. Coach, Valentin works on your rhythm, range, and relaxation regardless of your skill level. If you can swim 50 yards of the pool, you are a good candidate for the FTG.
Here you will learn to go from two laps to twenty laps without stopping. Learn drills to improve your comfort and technique, which lead to swimming effortlessly across the poo,l like a master swimmer.
